Digital Art created for part 1 of the Dark Whispers group at Digital Whisper. This is the first of 3 challenges for "Paris After Dark".  The theme was to use fruit or vegetables in your art piece.  Enjoy!

HANDCRAFTED CARDS.

Handcrafted cards created with little girl images from Nicecrane Design. The "Little Dutch Girl" is created on a 3-layered background with additional paper accents. Embellishments are ric rak, ribbons and bows. Buttons are an added feature.

The "Little Girl carrying her Straw Hat" is created on 3 layers of Basic Grey cardstock and embellished with cotton ecru lace, gold-toned gem stones, and a decorative flower.

THE THREE MUSES - WHERE I LIVE

Brandon is the second largest city in Manitoba, Canada, and is located in the southwestern area of the province. The city is located along the Assiniboine River. Spruce Woods Provincial Park and Canadian Forces Base, Shilo 

 The city was incorporated in 1882. Brandon, is a major hub for the surrounding agricultural area. In 2012, the city was ranked as the 6th best place to live in Canada.

Brandon's industry reflects its agricultural history; its major industries are related to agriculture. The Canadian warship HMCS Brandon was named after the city.
